Payment & Policy

CANCELLATIONS POLICY

We value your commitment to music education and aim to provide a reliable and consistent learning experience for all our students. To facilitate this, we have implemented a 24-hour cancellation policy for music lessons. This policy helps us maintain a fair and organized schedule while ensuring that students can reschedule or cancel lessons when necessary.

Advance Notice: To cancel or reschedule a lesson, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice. This allows us to offer the time slot to another student or make necessary adjustments to our schedule.
Contacting Your Instructor: Please contact your instructor directly to inform them of your cancellation or request to reschedule. You can do this via email, phone, or any other method established with your instructor.
Makeup Lessons: If you provide at least 24 hours' notice and your cancellation is approved, you are eligible for a makeup lesson. Makeup lessons are scheduled based on instructor availability and can be arranged at a mutually convenient time.
