Biography

Sunny Lee recently received music education program at CUNY, Hunter College, NY earning her Masters degree. She is a holder of New York State Teacher Certification for music, K-12. She received extensive training to instruct across a variety of musical instruments. She has additional Masters degree for music performance, focused on Violin performance at Louisiana State University and she earned her Bachelor degree at Arizona State University for Violin performance as well.

Sunny has been actively teaching violin at public schools in New York since 2019. She effectively manages her classroom with ease. As a dedicated teacher, she has been truly passionate about teaching, and she is committed to providing the best learning experience for her students. She strives to create a nurturing and engaging classroom environment where every student feels valued and supported. She is always eager to go the extra mile to help her students succeed, whether it's by staying late to answer questions, adapting  her teaching methods to suit their needs, or continuously seeking ways to improve my own teaching skills. Seeing students grow and excel academically and personally is the most rewarding aspect of her profession, and she is genuinely dedicated to their success.

She has accumulated a wealth of teaching experience throughout my career, which has enabled her to develop a comprehensive curriculum that spans from beginner to advanced levels. Her foremost commitment in teaching is to cultivate a genuine love for music and the violin among my students, fostering their enjoyment and ensuring their long-term dedication to playing.
